File -> Preferences -> Keyboard Shortcuts
검색창에 "format Document" 검색
shift + alt + F 로 돼어 있는거을 확인 하고 사용
install Formatter 나올시
install Formatter클릭후
autopep8 설치후 다시 shift + alt + F
